2. Age Requirements
You must be at least 21 years of age to book or use our services. Casino gaming and entry to casino properties require all participants to be 21 years or older.
By booking our services, you represent and warrant that:

All passengers in your party are at least 21 years of age
You will provide valid government-issued photo identification upon request

We reserve the right to request identification at any time. Failure to provide valid proof of age will result in denial of service without refund.

3.4 Group Bookings
For group bookings, the person making the reservation (“Group Leader”) agrees to:

Be responsible for all passengers in the group
Ensure all passengers meet age requirements
Communicate trip details to all group members
Act as the primary point of contact
Be responsible for payment on behalf of the group (if applicable)

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking confirmation is the price you will pay, provided payment is made according to the terms.
Prices may vary based on:

Date and time of travel
Number of passengers
Seasonal demand
Special events or peak travel periods
Additional services requested

4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept:

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

5.2 No-Shows
If you fail to appear at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, you will be considered a “no-show” and will forfeit the entire payment with no refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to:

Mechanical issues or vehicle unavailability
Weather conditions or road closures
Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control
Safety concerns

If we cancel your reservation, you will receive:

Full refund of all amounts paid, OR
Option to reschedule to an alternative date

We are not liable for any additional costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of cancellation.
5.4 Casino Cancellations
If a casino partner cancels or modifies arrangements (such as comp packages or accommodations), we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives but are not liable for the casino’s actions or decisions.
5.5 Weather and Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by:

Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government orders or restrictions
Acts of terrorism
Pandemics or public health emergencies
Other events beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule when possible.
6. Conduct and Passenger Responsibilities
6.1 Acceptable Behavior
All passengers must:

Behave in a respectful and appropriate manner
Follow all instructions from our drivers and staff
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect other passengers and their property
Not engage in illegal activities

6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Excessive intoxication or drug use
Violent, threatening, or abusive behavior
Smoking (including vaping) on the vehicle
Illegal drug possession or use
Weapons or firearms (unless legally permitted and disclosed)
Damage to company property or vehicles
Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct
Disturbing other passengers or the driver

6.3 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any passenger who:

Violates these Terms and Conditions
Engages in prohibited conduct
Poses a safety risk to themselves or others
Is excessively intoxicated
Does not meet age requirements

No refund will be provided if service is refused or a passenger is removed due to conduct violations.
6.4 Alcohol Policy
While we may permit reasonable alcohol consumption on certain charters:

Passengers must be 21+ years of age
Excessive intoxication will not be tolerated
We reserve the right to refuse further alcohol service
Open container laws must be respected in applicable jurisdictions
The driver has final authority on alcohol consumption aboard the vehicle

6.5 Damage to Property
Passengers are financially responsible for any damage to our vehicles, equipment, or property caused by their actions or negligence. This includes but is not limited to:

Interior damage (seats, flooring, fixtures)
Exterior damage
Equipment damage
Cleaning fees for excessive mess or bodily fluids

We will charge the credit card on file for damages or send an invoice for payment.
7. Departure and Arrival
7.1 Pickup Times
Passengers must arrive at the pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
We will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. After that, we reserve the right to depart without you, and no refund will be provided.
7.2 Pickup Locations
Pickup and drop-off locations are specified in your booking confirmation. Changes to pickup locations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to approval.
7.3 Return Trip
If your booking includes return transportation, you must:

Be at the designated meeting point at the specified time
Notify us immediately if you will miss the departure
Understand that we may depart without you if you are more than 15 minutes late

If you miss the return trip, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation home.
7.4 Schedule Changes
While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled times, we are not liable for delays caused by:

Road construction
Accidents or road closures
Weather conditions
Other circumstances beyond our control

8. Casino Partnerships and Comps

That you will qualify for any specific comps or benefits
The value or type of comps you may receive
That casino partner policies will remain unchanged

Casino comp eligibility is determined solely by the casino and is subject to their terms, conditions, and discretion.

If you provide your casino player’s club information, you authorize us to:

Coordinate comp arrangements on your behalf
Receive information about your player status for trip planning purposes

9. Liability and Disclaimer

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. You are responsible for securing your belongings at all times.
